Walking Tips:
Start and finish with five minutes of slow walking to help your body adjust.
Take the "talk test". While walking at a moderate pace, you should be able to carry on a normal conversation. If you can sing, you need to step up the intensity.
Find a walking partner, even your dog can keep you committed!
Make 2010 the year for great strides in your spiritual and physical walk with the Lord.
