"The New Beginnings"

Old and Used eyeglasses continue to be collected for the Lions Club. The collection box is located on the table near the parish nurse bulletin board.

Walking Tips:

Start and finish with five minutes of slow walking to help your body adjust.

Take the "talk test". While walking at a moderate pace, you should be able to carry on a normal conversation. If you can sing, you need to step up the intensity.

Find a walking partner, even your dog can keep you committed!

Make 2008 the year for great strides in your spiritual and physical walk with the Lord.

Jerm. 29 v.11
