As dawn follows night, just so "New Begininnings" are born. Sheltered by the God of all comfort, our purpose is to support one another in the presence of loss, of being left behind or in the midst of great difficulty.
“New Beginnings” meet on the second Friday of each month at 7:00pm in the church office conference room (lower level of office) and welcome all who would care to come for fellowship. Need a visit? The Cancer Support group meets on the first Thursday of each month at 7:00pm in the church office conference room (lower level of office).
This group is for caregivers, friends and relatives of cancer patients. Please invite those in the community who are affected by cancer to join this group! For more nformation, please contact Liz Alcock, (434) 946-5680. Visit the Parish Nurse Page for information on the monthly meetings. |
